Gill Civil Engineering Limited (GCEL) was appointed by Galliford Try to undertake the rehabilitation of Taxiway Quebec at East Midlands Airport. GCEL was responsible for the breakout and removal of the existing pavement, lean concrete, surface water drainage, and sub-base.
