Gill Civil Engineering Limited (GCEL) was appointed by Galliford Try to undertake the construction of a new apron for the UPS facility based at East Midlands Airport. GCEL was responsible for the supply, UKAS testing, and installation of lean mix concrete and pavement quality concrete (PQC).
