Gill Civil maintains accreditations for our robust management system, inclusive of (ISO9001, ISO 14001 & SO45001), Quality, Environmental & Health & Safety. Our in-house HSQE department actively oversees all ongoing construction projects, alongside annual renewal and surveillance audits.
Protecting Our Workforce
We conduct safety committee meetings with all relevant stakeholders, from each tier of the organisation, whilst maintaining open and honest dialog at all levels, helping perpetuate high morale and team investment.
Accident / Incident / Near misses and Road traffic collisions are thoroughly investigated whilst implementing corrective measures, closely followed by preventative actions where practicable and closely monitoring outcomes.
Our team thrive on improvement initiatives, recording and communicating lessons learnt, listening to customer concerns and sourcing solutions (VOC).
Planning The Path To Clarity
A site audit plan is created annually and executed, with a detailed audit report, shared with our inhouse teams and clients after each visit. The audit report details Observations & Nonconformities which have been identified, with a close-out target of 10 working days, dependant of their severity.
We actively encourage client feedback via our customer satisfaction flyer, which in-turn promotes a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organisation.
