(FLX) Installation of Drainage

Gill Civil was appointed to undertake the rehabilitation and replacement of over 135,000m² of defective paving at Felixstowe Port. The works formed a key part of the port’s infrastructure upgrade, requiring the delivery of high-performance pavement solutions within a busy operational environment. The scope included repair and sealing of existing CBGM, installation of fin drains and drainage chambers, construction of gantry reefer foundations, installation of reinforcement and dowelled joints, and the supply and placement of PQC concrete of varying depths and colours using an on-site batching plant.
